We process account details such as your email and authentication profile; prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, and generation settings; credit and payment records; reports and moderation decisions; and technical information needed for security, reliability, and rate limiting.

We use this information to authenticate users, submit and archive generations, maintain credit balances, complete purchases, show private drafts, publish content you choose to share, investigate reports, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

Supabase supports authentication and database records. fal.ai processes generation requests. Cloudflare stores archived media. Vercel hosts the application. Creem processes purchases as merchant of record. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

A completed generation appears in My videos as a private draft unless you selected a Gallery publishing flow. Public posts can be viewed and shared by anyone. Do not publish personal or confidential information that you do not want made public.

We retain records for as long as needed to operate the service, protect users, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@h3max.space. Some payment, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained.

We may update this policy as the product or its providers change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply.
