- For generation issues, include the generation ID from My videos.
- For billing issues, include the Creem order or payment ID.
- Never send passwords, API keys, or full payment card details.
Public content
Use the Report control on a Gallery video when possible. For copyright, privacy, or safety concerns that need more context, email the video URL and explain your relationship to the content.
Billing and refunds
Failed generations automatically return credits. Purchase refund requests are reviewed according to the payment status, credits already used, and applicable consumer law. Creem processes payments as the merchant of record.
